Maison Florette values: dignified work, ethical supply chain, environmental stewardship, and product integrity.

Cocoa Ember pairs roasted Japanese hojicha with cocoa and carob for a mellow green tea with a distinctly chocolatey character.

Hojicha's roasted character gives the blend depth without sharp bitterness. Its lightly dry cocoa finish keeps each cup balanced and satisfying.

Each bag contains individually portioned loose leaf tea selected for flavor, aroma, and consistency without unnecessary materials or excess packaging.

WHY WE LOVE IT

Roasting gives hojicha a toasty, rounded flavor that pairs beautifully with cocoa.

Carob adds a naturally sweet impression, while cornflowers lend a botanical detail to the blend.

It is lovely on its own and inviting with warm milk when the afternoon calls for something richer.

TEA, THE WAY IT OUGHT TO BE.

Cocoa Ember brings roasted Japanese hojicha together with cocoa and carob. It is a satisfying low-caffeine cup when you want the flavor of toasted tea and a touch of chocolate.

We source our teas through experienced global partners committed to rigorous environmental and ethical standards, then pack our blends in partnership with Butler Coffee Lab to support meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

Every cup reflects our belief that quality should extend beyond flavor to include how tea is sourced, crafted, and shared.

TEA BAGS, THE WAY THEY OUGHT TO BE

Our tea bags are made from unbleached plant-based filter paper without the polypropylene plastics commonly found in conventional tea bags.

  • Natural unbleached tea bags
  • Loose leaf tea portioned for everyday convenience
  • No strings, tags, staples, or unnecessary materials
  • Crafted for balance, flavor, and consistency
  • Designed for beautiful daily rituals

PACKAGING + SUSTAINABILITY

Our tea bags are intentionally simple, crafted to deliver a beautiful cup while reducing the unnecessary materials often found in conventional tea packaging.

Each blend is portioned into natural unbleached tea bags made from plant-based filter paper that is both biodegradable and compostable. We intentionally avoid polypropylene plastics, excess glue, staples, strings, tags, and individual overwraps in favor of a simpler, lower-waste design.

Our compostable pouches meet ASTM D6400 standards (please compost where accepted).

Maison Florette believes sustainability should be built into the system, from sourcing and production to the way tea arrives at your door.
