RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Maison Florette, every purchase supports thoughtfully crafted tea experiences and meaningful employment opportunities through our partnership with Butler Coffee Lab®, a nonprofit social enterprise creating inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and barriers to work.

We want you to be happy with your order and will do our best to make things right if an issue arises.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused tea products and related merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations and internal limitations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened tea bags

  • Opened tea pods

  • Opened loose leaf tea products

  • Any food or beverage item that has been consumed or partially used

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

  • A shipment that arrives with quality issues

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@maisonflorette.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the product, issue a refund, or provide store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, damage during shipment, or a defective product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.

Custom & Wholesale Orders

Custom-labeled products, private-label orders, bulk production runs, and wholesale orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error.
